Nice service and excellent, reasonably priced fresh food. I had and enjoyed the Tikka Masala warm bowl, and tried some Endless Summer salad. I'd order both again. Finished with hibiscus lemonade, I felt plenty full without feeling gross.

Found this place while just out for a drive. I am not from Solana Beach or SD but I was hungry and near the beach so I stopped. In really enjoyed my greek salad. It was large, tasty, and fresh. Try the Ginger Green Tea (iced) or other drinks they have like Kambucha. The little sample smoothies were good too. I'll be back next time I am down south.

I saw a blurb pop up about this place on the Richmond CA Blog, and knew I had to go before it blew up. Then two days later it popped up on the Thrillist blog. And it needed to be done.

My salad was pretty good for being vegan. Their is only one kind you can get. Not alot of GF options which is disappointing considering they are a healthy eating place!

Found this place by pure chance with my buddy and am so glad I did. Havnt tried all the things on the menu yet but everything is fire!! Great choice for an alternative, healthy lunch or dinner.

What an unexpected refreshing find! Finally, a restaurant that understands that it’s more about what you are putting into your body than just a quick bite. If you care about what you eat and you want a nutritionally satisfying meal that fills you up, this is the place. They offer meals for all food lifestyles from meat lovers to vegans and EVERYTHING on the menu loooks delicious! It’s modern, cleaver, has a NYC vibe to its practical presentation, it’s clean, fresh, friendly, extremely affordable, with generous portions and easy to order. I am thrilled to at last find a restaurant that will quickly become my go/to food source when I don’t feel like cooking. P.S. This amazing food venue is owned by a very friendly and creative woman. I didn’t catch her name, but I felt she indeed understands that ‘We Californians’ truly want food options that reflect our healthy beachy fun lifestyles. To me, this is long overdue. It’s amazing!

Place was good but pricey for the average the average foe!

Food is pretty good overall. The problem is how long it takes for each order. Always a long wait and prices are too high.

Good variety. Fun and relaxing decor. Small area but it's usually not too busy so you're left standing in line for too long. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly and attentive service. Yummy healthy food and drinks!

I got the steak plate. It was barely cooked inside. I posted 2 photos of my steak. I got roasted cauliflower as one of my side and there was a dead gnat or some other small bug on one of the cauliflower pieces. I was already away from the restaurant to complain and I don't live near it. I was very disappointed because this restaurant was suggested to me.

So many options and all good quality ingredients. Quick, clean, I highly recommend! Prices were fine, generous prices, my bowl could have fed 2 people. I would eat here every day if I could!

They have a diverse menu of salads and smoothies. More toppings and choices than your average salad bar. I recommend the Ironman smoothie. This is my favorite Solano beach salad joint.

This place is amazing! Everything is so fresh. You can literally see the whole fruits/veggies behind the counter they use. Leticia was wonderful and so helpful during my visit. Will definitely be back!!!! Thank you LocalGreens team!

Great healthy food! I was happy that they were able to accommodate my vegan and soy free diet. Staff was friendly and food was served quickly

Not a fan. The ingredients were fresh, but the dishes weren't very tasty. I went there with my son for the first time. We both agreed. I think the woman working was new as she was constantly looking at a recipe as she made our dishes. We may try again and hope she got some training.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to try this amazing establishment! It doesn't look like much when driving by but you must stop in. I had the Omega Rising. The Salmon was perfectly cooked and all the ingredients from the greens to the cabbage are flavorful and crisp. I could eat here everyday!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Ahi tuna salad and the chicken salad. great variety and very fresh ingredients. This is my new go-to for lunch and dinner.

Local greens is located in a little shopping center on Pacific Coast Highway. You can see it from the road, but the cross traffic can be a little annoying, just be patient. They are setup like a lunch room. You give the your order and they put it together from a chart. It isn't a bad thing. The food is still good. I got a curry dish and it was tasty. It taste fresh. The rice was a bit to dry for me, but palatable. It's pricey for what you get, compared to similar food place. I can't say that I will return, but I won't say never. The parking is free and it has plenty of inside seating.

Great quality food and service. I've been here on multiple occasions, and it's consistently on point. The ingredients are always super fresh. You can tell because everything is right in front of you. No matter who is doing your order, they're super nice and excellent at making it. If you're not sure what to try, I recommend the Cobb salad. They do not skimp on the chicken, and fresh lean bacon bits. Super filling.

We have only eaten here once but we loved it. Nice to have a local place that has healthy options, and it’s easy to grab and go. I ordered the Thai noodle bowl, my husband got the poke now. Both were very fresh and flavorful, and a good portion as well, we weren’t still hungry after eating! We will definitely be returning.

I had a vegetarian wrap and it was good. Looks like they have a lot of decent options for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike.

They have kombucha on tap, which is reason enough to keep me coming back! I had the Omega Rising, which was fresh and delicious. I love that you can make your own custom bowl - I'll probably try that next time. Staff was quiet but friendly, service was fast, and they have a cute little dog-friendly patio. Will definitely return to Local Greens!

Love this place! Their green warrior smoothie is delicious and packed with nutrients! Not too sweet and the splash of citrus makes it super refreshing. I haven't tried their salads yet but they have tons of healthy options.

Groovy looking health food shop that does pretty well around these parts. Probably a great to place hang out if you are trying to lose weight.

This unique fresh food spot is a must for anyone who enjoys their food and wants to have great healthy options. There is a great selection of salads, wraps and more. The staff is always willing and able to help you adjust for flavor or dietary needs. Make sure you get a large glass of kombucha on tap and a chocolate chip cookie 🍪

Very good fresh food. If you get the wrap, it's a monster! But oh so good!

First impression as you walk in is overwhelming odor of blended kale. I wanted chicken. They had a plate of way undercooked chicken breast under heat lamps. The bottom halves were white, the top, were bright pink. I asked the girl behind the counter if they finish cooking them after you order and she said they were already cooked. Then she poked at one and I could see how dry it was. I got the chopped chicken that appeared to be actually cooked, dry, but cooked. I am seriously concerned about undercooked food and food sickness.

Loved this place! Delicious salads and bowls and soups and you can easily make it vegan. Love the pineapple mint lemonade!

I could eat here every day. So good.

Not sure how this place gets such good reviews. I really wanted to like it. I'm always looking for good, organic cuisine, and lemme tell you, this is not it. Not trying to be negative here, just stating facts.
